Mr. David Bethel, a principal at Alan Williford and Seal. David brings with him more than 20 years of valuable experience in real estate appraisal. David holds a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states across the nation. His expertise spans various property types, including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. David has conducted appraisals for Right Of Way acquisitions and has worked in states such as Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. In addition to his appraisal work, David has been actively involved in market studies and impact studies nationwide. He has provided valuable insights for projects related to oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, and highways. David's extensive litigation experience has seen him serve as an expert valuation witness in multiple court proceedings, including special commissioner hearings and Trial Court. David received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is a member of esteemed organizations such as the International Right Of Way Association, the Appraisal Institute, and the Texas Farm Bureau. Notably, David previously served as the chapter president of the International Right Of Way Association and was awarded the Professional of the Year in 2014. |
