Randy L. Seale, MAI
Randy Seale, a partner at Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc., has approximately 30 years of real estate appraisal experience. He provides valuation and consulting services with virtually all aspects of real estate, but the major focus of his practice involves eminent domain and transportation corridor properties. Randy has qualified as an expert witness in the Federal and State Courts throughout his career. He was an expert witness in Union Pacific Railroad Co. v. Santa Fe Pacific Pipelines - selected by the Daily Journal as one of the "Top Plaintiffs' Verdicts by Dollar Amount of 2012." This case involving the value of pipeline easements on railroad right of way resulted in a verdict of just over $100 million in state court in Los Angeles. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1984, Randy began his appraisal career with Albert Allen Associates, and later became a founding partner of Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. in 1991. He holds an MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states across the nation, including Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Louisiana, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Utah. Randy is an active member in the International Right of Way Association. He is a past President and Director of Gulf Coast Chapter 8 in Houston, a past Chairman of the International Valuation Committee, and was designated the Chapter 8 Professional of the Year in 2010. Randy is also involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the Go Texan Committee. |
