Carlo S. Forni, MAI
Carlo Forni is a principal with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. He graduated from The University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and joined AWS in 2004. Carlo has over 20 years of appraisal experience appraising for Right Of Way and eminent domain projects. Carlo holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states. Carlo has conducted appraisals on diverse property types including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His expertise extends to appraising for different types of Right of Way projects nationwide, such as Oil & Gas pipelines, electric transmission lines and highways. His extensive appraisal experience covers Texas, Oklahoma, the Midwest (Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Iowa) and the Southeast ( Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia). Furthermore, Mr. Forni has established himself as a trusted expert valuation witness and provided testimony in numerous court proceedings.
