Mark C. Schulze, MAI
Mark C. Schulze, MAI is a principal with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. with 24 years of real estate appraisal experience. He started his appraisal career with AWS in the Houston corporate office. He opened the corporate office for AWS in San Antonio in 2011 and continues to manage appraisal projects throughout Texas and other states from the San Antonio office. Mark holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states. Mark has appraised a variety of property types involved with right of way acquisitions including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He also has extensive experience appraising improved properties including residential and commercial subdivisions, and various retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. He has worked in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Additionally, Mark has been involved with various market studies and impact studies for oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, and highways. Mark has appraised countless properties across Texas and New Mexico for new pipeline projects. He also appraised hundreds of properties in Texas and Missouri for electric transmission line projects. He has extensive litigation experience and has been relied upon as an expert valuation witness in numerous court proceedings, including hundreds of hearings, in Texas, New Mexico and Missouri. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Master of Agribusiness degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association and the Appraisal Institute. He has served as a Region 2 representative for the IRWA’s International Valuation Committee. He previously served as a President and Director for Chapter 39 of the IRWA. He has also previously served as President and as a board member for the South Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mark previously served as President for Boerne Little League and is currently a board member and volunteer for the league. He has been a member of the Livestock Committee for the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo for over 10 years, and he currently serves as a Director and Secretary for the Kendall County Junior Livestock Show Association. |
