Mark C. Schulze, MAI
Mark C. Schulze, MAI is a principal with Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. with 20 years of real estate appraisal experience. He started his appraisal career with AWS in the Houston corporate office and now manages appraisal projects in the AWS San Antonio office. Mark holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states. Mark has appraised a variety of property types involved with right of way acquisitions including agricultural, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He also has extensive experience appraising improved properties including residential and commercial subdivisions, and various retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. He has worked in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Additionally, Mark has been involved with various market studies and impact studies for oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, and highways. Mark has recently appraised numerous properties across Texas and New Mexico for new pipeline projects. He also appraised numerous properties in the San Antonio, Texas area for electric transmission line projects. He has extensive litigation experience and has been relied upon as an expert valuation witness in numerous court proceedings, including special commissioner hearings. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Master of Agribusiness degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association and the Appraisal Institute. He previously served as a Director and President for Chapter 39 of the International Right of Way Association. He has also previously served as a board member and President for the South Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mark is also a member of the Livestock Committee for the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo, and is a board member and President for Boerne Little League. |
