David R. Bethel
David Bethel is a principal associated with
Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. Mr. Bethel's
responsibilities include appraisal and appraisal review of all
types of right of way and commercial properties. He has appraised
properites in numerous states to include: Texas, Oklahoma, Minnesota,
and Illinois. He has testified as an expert witness regarding real
property value in various courts of law. David has served as project
manager on numerous occasions.
